Are you a first time buyer of TIP? There is a brief enrollment contract you will need to complete prior to your first order. Please contact your strategic account manager or call 1-877-482-8786 and leave a message. Once that contract has been signed, you can come back here as often as you wish and fill out the order form of your choice and fax or mail it in!
